    This place suits me perfectly! It provides great wi-fi, a saltwater pool, and a fitness centre. I'll never forget how the staff helped me return my forgotten headphones during my first stay. I'm coming back for Christmas!

    I had great stay, the place is stunningly beautiful and nice!

    The family room was beautiful, included a shower, a hairdryer, and a bidet. The location was unbeatable and great for me as it was not far from the canal around the resort, the mountains, and northern Thailand. It also was in walking distance to the night market.

    When I am in Pai, I like staying here. It is a special hotel and I liked its fancy rooms and extremely friendly personnel. The atmosphere of the property is special! The location is comfortable, 10 minutes' walk to a hilltop temple.

    So many highlights ! The fruit delivery each morning was a fun surprise right to my room. Breakfast spread impressed me with abundant options, from fresh fruits to hearty Thai dishes. The swimming pool area was very lovely and inviting. The staff were really good. They even remembered my name! The bathroom cleanliness could improve, as I noticed the floor needed a better scrub, and the toilet seat was loose. Great ambiance and service but minor cleanliness issues could enhance the experience more.

    The hotel is really beautiful, but it felt

    A bit worn in some areas. The spacious rooms were clean and tidy, and the breakfast was excellent with fresh, made-to-order options. While I enjoyed the kayaking experience, the gym could use better ventilation to make workouts more comfortable.

    The spacious family room was perfect for my family with two young kids. The breakfast selection was fantastic, but the highlight was definitely the fun canoe ride back to our room after meals. We also enjoyed the lake activities.

    We had a fancy deluxe room that offered us a stunningly beautiful view of the mountains. the location was quiet and close to the walking street/night market, the center of Pai, the lagoon, and the canoes. it was only 2 km away from a cubical shrine.
